With deep roots in private equity and business advisory, he has a strong track record in identifying, structuring, and growing investments across diverse sectors, especially within the property space.
Beginning as a business analyst, Shaun has built broad expertise in transaction structuring, deal sourcing, and hands-on development. He combines legal, financial, and strategic insight to unlock value, strengthen partnerships, and drive sustainable growth.

Khathu Nematswerani, Director at Linmark Capital, contributes to the firm’s investment strategy, research, and portfolio development. His work spans opportunity sourcing, market analysis, and due diligence across multiple sectors, with a focus on business models shaped by structural trends like digitisation, urbanisation, and financial inclusion.
Khathu holds a Master’s in Financial Analysis from London Business School, along with degrees from the University of Oxford and the University of Edinburgh.
